Our founder, Frank Scibelli, has built an impeccable reputation as the premier caterer in the region. Scibelli owns four successful restaurants in Charlotte and continues to expand his involvement in the culinary industry, holding positions on the National Pork Board’s Celebrated Chef Program, Dairy Management Inc.’s Cheese Advisory Panel, and was even brought on as a celebrity guest chef for GE Monogram in 2006 at the Pillsbury Bake-Off in Orlando, Florida.
